14th Annual Main Line 5K RUN

Event:

• 2011 Main Line 5K Run
• Benefiting The Main Line Chamber Foundation Scholarship Fund for volunteer firefighters & EMTs and high school students.

Date/Time:

• Sunday, September 25, 2011
• 5K RUN Starts 8:30 am
• (Please NOTE: There is no Walk this year. You may walk the 5k although Lancaster Ave will be opened to the public at 8:45 am and the rest of the course is will be opened after 1 hour.)
• The Run will be held Rain or Shine

Location:

Fees:

• $25 per Runner
• $125 per each Team of 5
• Free moisture-wicking shirts to the first 500 registered runners.

Teams:

• A separate registration form must be completed for each team entering the race. Each team should designate one person as team captain. This person is responsible for registering all team members, obtaining waiver signatures from all participants and submitting all appropriate entry fees.

Scoring:

• Team scores are based on the top 3 runners' places on each team.

Awards:

• An Awards Ceremony with photo opp will take place following the race.
• Prizes awarded to top 3 male and top 3 female finishers in each age division.
• Team Awards: Trophy awarded to the top team.
• Age Divisions: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.

Fitness & Business Expo:

•  Runners, walkers and family members will have an opportunity to talk with local fitness center staff, wellness professionals and other experts in the health, sports and fitness industry.

PLUS! Pre-Race Runners Clinic

•  with Dr. Todd Serinsky & Dr. Jonathan Kropf of Westside Wellness Chiropractic Center starting at 6:30am.
