Please join us to raise funds for the The Main Line Chamber Foundation. The Main Line Chamber of Commerce established the Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in 2001. The purpose of the Foundation is to award scholarships to deserving local individuals meeting certain established criteria, including financial need.
In 2005, The Main Line Chamber Foundation initiated a community project to address issues that impact the recruitment and recognition of volunteer firefighters and EMT’s, and the funding of the 17 local volunteer fire companies and emergency medical services in the region.
To date, the Foundation has awarded more than $150,000 in scholarships to deserving Main Line high school students. Funding support for the Foundation programs comes in large part from The Main Line Chamber Foundation RUN & Fun Walk held annually in September, now celebrating its 13th anniversary!
The Main Line Chamber Foundation’s 13th Annual Main Line 5K RUN and Fun Walk will be held on the grounds of the Main Line Chamber office in Wayne, PA, a unique and historical community in the heart of the Main Line.
The certified 5K course starts and ends at the Chamber office, just behind the Wayne Farmer’s Market. The course travels down Lancaster Avenue to North Wayne Avenue, and winds through beautiful neighborhoods to Eagle Road which leads back to the Chamber office campus.
The Main Line 5K RUN is certified by the USATF/RRTC.
